January 6th Patriot and former West Virginia House Delegate Derrick Evans has officially called on U.S. DOJ’s Special Counsel Jack Smith to move the trial of President Donald Trump to West Virginia, as Trump suggested in the days leading up to his indictment in D.C. last week.
“The witch hunt continues. They tried to impeach Trump twice. They’ve indicted Trump three times now. And the third one could be the one that puts Trump in jail ahead of the 2024 election. It is time to stop the madness,” Derrick Evans opened in saying, as he called on “Stalinist” prosecutor Jack Smith and the Biden DOJ to move the Trump trial to West Virginia.
“I am calling on the removal of Jack Smith’s witch trial from Washington, D.C., where more than 90% of district residents voted for Joe Biden and Barack Obama,” Evans asserted.
“Donald Trump absolutely will not get a fair trial in the District of Criminals. If we are going to have a fair presidential election in 2024, this trial must be moved out of D.C.,” he said.
“President Donald Trump has suggested changing the venue to West Virginia. I couldn’t agree more, and so we demand that the Department of Justice put aside what is obviously a witch trial to allow for a fair, impartial trial on the merits,” Evans continued.
“The continued abuse of the judicial system by China Joe Biden and his cronies, combined with the failure of weak Republicans in Congress to stand up to the out-of-control communist freight train has our nation on a dangerous path,” Evans observed.
“I’m running for office to prove that the American Veterans who gave their lives for this country did not do so in vain,” Evans said. “To do that, we must restore the rule of law and the consent of the governed,” he said.
“If we can’t stop Jack Smith from carrying out a Stalinist Show Trial of a former American president, the only way we’ll fix this mess is by purging communists at the DOJ and throughout Washington, D.C.,” Evans closed.
