Convicted child sex offender and sex trafficking accomplice of Jefferey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, is living in fear for her life after she ratted out two violent Cuban inmates who allegedly tried to extort her.
The two inmates were thrown into solitary confinement for 47 days after Axwell reported them to authorities for demanding items from her commissary order.
However, according to sources, Ghislaine Maxwell is “freaking out” because she is worried about the repercussions when the two cuban inmates are released back into the general prison population.
Maxwell is believed to be so terrified of retribution she’s refusing to use the shower stalls and other settings for violent ambushes with razor blades.
The sex trafficker is being escorted to and from her prison library job every day, while the two Cuban inmates have been moved to a different unit.
A source told The Daily Mail, “Las Cubanas has a reputation for being tough and mean inside the jail, and they don’t let anything slide. They are saying Maxwell needs to pay for the 47.”
“Snitches get stitches, as the saying goes. They will beat her up the first chance they get,” the source added.
Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year sentence for procuring girls for the late sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, fell out with the Cubans after they criticized her for being aloof.
According to sources, the pair found that strict vegan Maxwell had an ‘arrangement’ with a kitchen worker, who would steal tofu and extra fruit for her,
The disgraced socialite would trade the fresh fare for items from the prison commissary store.
“When the Cubans discovered what Max was doing, they demanded she spends her entire commissary limit of $360 on things for them; otherwise, they would report her,” the insider explained.
“They even wrote her a note which was a bad idea as Max took that to the Lieutenant’s office as evidence of blackmail.”
“They take that sort of thing very seriously as it’s considered to be threatening someone,” the source added.
“The girls each spent 47 days in the SHU, and they are super angry about it.”
As The Daily Mail reported:
The SHU – Special Housing Unit – is a ‘prison within a prison’ comprising tiny, grim cells where inmates are caged for 23 hours a day and fed through slits in the door.
Ironically, Maxwell spent 48 hours locked up there herself after she gave a jailhouse interview to British broadcaster Jeremy Kyle in January.
She was released after an internal investigation concluded that she had not profited from the tell-all chat, which was recorded via a prison video call.
“The first rule of life inside is you never snitch. If you have a problem, you handle it with the other inmate, one on one, usually by fighting,” the source continued.
“So when the girls got out, Max was freaking out. She basically had a nervous breakdown over it. She even demanded a transfer.”
“Max was given the option of self-segregating by going into protective custody. It’s the same as the SHU, the only difference is that it’s voluntary, so she wouldn’t accept that.”
“One of the Cubans has a particular reputation for starting fights and intimidating other inmates. She gets out later this month, so Max is praying the guards can keep her safe until then.”
Earlier this year, The Daily Fetched reported that Maxwell was preaching to her fellow inmates about women’s empowerment and hosting Etiquette Classes’ maintaining high moral standards’ during weekly sessions, according to reports.
“Taught by Mrs. Maxwell, this course teaches the three principles of etiquette – focusing on respect, consideration, and honesty,” reads a flyer pinned up inside Federal Correctional Institute Tallahassee.
According to sources at the low-security lockup, the four-week program covers everything from manners, dress, and how to carry yourself in a job interview.
