Tom Sandoval NOT dating Texas influencer Karlee Hale – as Charli Burnett claims she heard rumor he had woman sign NDA before hookup

A representative for Tom Sandoval insists the reality star is not dating Texas influencer Karlee Hale.

Sandoval was seen with Hale just last week in a video shared by a TikTok user as they enjoyed time together at a hotel bar in Austin, Texas, a few hours before his split from Leviss was revealed. Soon after, fans found more pictures of the two hanging out together. 

Speaking with TMZ, Tom’s rep said the duo are just friends and were hanging out because Sandoval was in Austin performing with his band.

Tom’s rep also pointed out that the duo were joined by other people during their gathering.

It comes after Tom reportedly called it quits with Raquel Leviss, his Vanderpump Rules co-star whom he had a months-long affair with.

During the season finale, Tom also admitted to cheating on Ariana with someone else – yet did not reveal their identity.  

Meanwhile, Vanderpump Rules star Charli Burnett also weighed into the drama.

During an appearance on The Viall Files, Charli was asked if she believed Sandoval had cheated on Ariana with anyone else other than Raquel and the unknown individual he confessed to on the show. 

‘Yeah. I was told things, now because I do work in the club, and I always hear stuff about people… Someone came to me and they were like, “Yo, I just saw Tom and Raquel at The Abbey… That’s kind of weird. I saw them do this.” And I was like, get out of here.’

Charli then revealed she once heard a rumor Tom had a woman sign an NDA before a hookup.  

‘Someone came to me and said, “I was getting my hair done and my hairdresser told me that one of their clients had to sign an NDA to f**k Tom Sandoval.” But this was my first season of filming so I was like, I don’t know what to do with that information,’ Charli recalled on The Viall Files.

‘I was naive and I was like, “Everyone makes up rumors, everyone says things like that so crazy to say to me.” You know, you guys are just trying to bring gossip,’ she said. ‘But now I kind of realize that maybe he’s been this person this entire time and… I think Tom enjoyed putting up a facade.’

But Tom’s rep shut down the rumor. Speaking with Us Weekly, his representative said: ‘This is absolutely not true. Tom never had an NDA.’

It came just days after it was revealed that Sandoval and Leviss have split, just two months after their affair was exposed. 

Leviss and Sandoval caused ructions among the reality show cast when their infidelity was revealed, breaking the heart of the hunk’s girlfriend Ariana.

But now Leviss has ‘dipped out’ of the romance – dubbed the Scandoval affair – after deciding she has no future with the musician.

An insider told Page Six: ‘Raquel dipped out. Sandoval is not the one for her.’

Although the affair was only unveiled in March, both Sandoval and Leviss have revealed their romance actually started last summer.

Meanwhile Summer House star Carl Radke, 38, recently revealed that he has unfollowed Sandoval over the cheating scandal.

‘I actually unfollowed him. I don’t condone cheating. I don’t love the lying and the way that he responded to some of it,’ he told Us Weekly. 

He added that he doesn’t want to ‘beat on’ Sandoval when he’s down, but also does not want to ‘partake’ in the behavior.

‘I, again, wish him all the best in his journey in life, but we’re Team Ariana over here,’ he stated.
