‘I think it really represents who I am as a person right now and everything that I’ve been going through in my life,’ the Needs singer explained on Good Morning America on Monday.

‘I use a lot of different genres R&B, electronic, pop, hip-hop – lots of different influences, which is was just very much me. I love to be a melting pot of all things.’

The Tightrope singer also revealed: ‘My dream collaboration would probably be Janet Jackson. I’ll put that out there on TV. Maybe she’ll see it. Hit me up.’

Tinashe (which translates to ‘we are with God’ in Shona) later changed into a Jean Paul Gaultier cone-bra top to man the decks at Clinique’s High-Fi Listening Lounge.
