The Bear star Jeremy Allen White goes shirtless and shows off his ripped physique while on a run in Los Angeles

Jeremy Allen White showed off the results of all his hard work at the gym while on a shirtless run in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The former Shameless star looked ripped as he made his way around the suburban neighborhoods dressed only in black shorts and white trainers with blue and pink accents.

By going shirtless, the New York City native worked on his glowing tan, which only enhanced his ripped abs and biceps.

Jeremy’s outing comes just days after he was spotted enjoying a romantic lunch date with the model Ashley Moore.

He blocked out the piercing sun with a white baseball cap covering his shaggy hair, and he piped in some tunes with a set of Apple AirPods. 

The actor appeared to be blissful as she kept up a steady pace while running along the sidewalks, and at times, on the streets.

With the temperature topping over 90 degrees Fahrenheit, it seemed like the prefect time to shed his t-shirt.

White is just four weeks removed from the release of the second season of The Bear, which also stars Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Ayo Edebiri, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Abby Elliott and Matty Matheson.

After premiering in June 2022, the show received widespread critical acclaim, particularly for the directing and performances of its cast, and numerous accolades.

The first season earned 13 Emmy nominations including Outstanding Comedy Series and acting nominations for White, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Edebiri, Jon Bernthal and Oliver Platt.

In all, the leading man has received six awards nominations for his work on the series in 2023, resulting in Best Actor wins at The Bear Critics’ Choice Television Awards, the Screen Actors Guild Awards and the Golden Globe Awards.

Currently in high demand in Hollywood, White stars in the upcoming science fiction romance film Fingernails, the biographical sport film The Iron Claw, as well as season two of the comedy-drama series The Bear. 

Following his Golden Globe win in January, White shared a photo of himself holding up his trophy all decked out in his tuxedo.

Over the last few months White has been sharing a healthy dose of gratitude for being able to work on the series.

‘So honored and grateful to be a part of this thing. We’ve got the best team in the world,’ he wrote alongside a clip of the show when promoting the new season.

After already finishing the shoots for his next two movie, Fingernails is scheduled to be released on October 27, while The Iron Claw will drop on December 22.

Before The Bear, White was best known to most fans for his role as Lip Gallagher on the hit comedy-drama series Shameless (2011-2021), which ran for 11 seasons on Showtime.
