Shakira is reportedly not bothered ‘whatsoever’ by her 13-year age difference with NBA Star Jimmy Butler amid their rumored romance.
Just days after they were seen leaving a dinner date together at Novikov Restaurant & Bar in London, an insider shared that ‘Jimmy makes Shakira smile, and she feels happy spending time with him.’
‘They have been out a few times, but things are very new and it’s too early to tell if there’s long-term potential there,’ the sourced also told Us Weekly. ‘Jimmy makes Shakira smile, and she feels happy spending time with him.’
As of now, the pair ‘have only known each other for a short while, and just recently started following each other on social media.’
The singers’ sons Milan, nine, and Sasha, seven, who she shares with ex Gerard Piqué, however, have been ‘longtime fans of the athlete,’ according to the outlet.

The pair’s friendly online interactions, including Shakira posting a video of herself cheering on his team, the Miami Heat, and him ‘liking’ a video of her singing, made headlines, following her split from Piqué after 11 years together.
On Wednesday, the superstar and basketball player, 33, did their best to stay under the radar as they opted to arrive separately, but just ‘minutes apart’ shortly after 10 p.m.
Sparks must have flown between the pair as they remained inside the celebrity hotspot until 1:30 a.m., before parting ways to their respective cars.
An eyewitness told DailyMail.com that his security entourage helped Shakira’s ‘chauffeur driven car from the fire exit of the restaurant.’
The insider noted that they looked ‘cozy’ inside the restaurant as they ordered sushi and cocktails.
For her evening out, the mother-of-two wore a denim jumpsuit, pink lipstick and her golden mane styled in her trademark, voluminous curls.
Butler looked handsome in a black t-shirt, velour pants and a pristine pair of white sneakers.
He completed his casual ensemble with a gold watch and red bandana.

In June, the Colombian singer watched Butler play at the 2023 NBA Finals at Kaseya Center in Miami as his team, the Miami Heat, took on the Denver Nuggets.
After attending one of his games, the duo both began following each other on Instagram.
She currently only follows 159 people on the social media platform, while he follows just 481 users on the app.
Shakira has been romantically linked to Tom Cruise and Lewis Hamilton, since her split from longtime partner, Gerard Piqué.

According to Us Weekly, the singer finds the rumours ‘hilarious’ and despite having a ‘fun’ time with Tom when they met at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami, she has no plans to take things further.
The rumour mill went into overdrive when the pair were photographed together at the sporting event, with sources claiming that the A-list actor ‘is extremely interested in pursuing’ Shakira.

The insider continued: ‘Tom was really nice and she enjoyed his company, but she isn’t focused on dating him or anybody else at the moment. She has a lot on her plate and is focused on her kids and career for now.
‘Shakira has seen the online rumors that Tom has been courting her — and how fans are chiming in with their opinions — but she thinks it’s hilarious because it’s just not true. She had a fun time when they chatted, but that’s as far as things have gone.’
