Rumer Willis spent some precious time with her father Bruce Willis to celebrate Father’s Day on Sunday.
The 34-year-old actress shared some sweet photos to Instagram of her 68-year-old father holding her eight-week-old daughter Louetta, which appeared to be the first publicly shared photos of the two together.
The action star — whose has lately been battling frontotemporal dementia after stepping away from acting early last year — sweetly cradled the little girl in his arms while his family celebrated him on the special day.
The loving display comes after his daughter Tallulah Willis, 29, claimed that her father had showed signs of mental decline years earlier.
The Armageddon star was dressed causally in a black, white and gray plaid button-up shirt with a black baseball cap and dark pants in the photos Rumer shared.

He held Louetta, who wore an adorable blue-and-orange floral-print onesie, as he gazed out at the swimming pool and the surrounding scenery.
Rumer made an appearance in another photo as she held Louetta while her dad affectionately rested his chin on her head.
All three looked in different directions, with Rumer showing off a soft smile while looking into the camera, even as her father appeared to be looking at a different camera and the baby glanced sweetly at her grandfather.
Rumer showed off her post-baby body in a lovely powder blue polka-dotted skirt with a white top and an elegant pale yellow cardigan.
‘Fathers to the old and new,’ she began her caption.
‘Seeing my father hold my daughter today was something I will treasure for the rest of my life. His sweetness and love for her was so pure and beautiful,’ she continued. ‘Papa I’m so lucky to have you and so is Lou. Thank you for being the silliest, most loving, coolest Daddio a girl could ask for. Best Girl Dad in the game….’
Rumer also praised her partner Derek Thomas, with whom she shares her first child.
One photo showed him shirtless with long hair while lying on a bed with Louetta and an open book.
In another picture, his hair was tied up in a messy bun while his face was painted comically white with some kind of cream.
‘Happy 1st Father’s Day,’ Rumer continued in her caption while tagging Derek.
‘Thank you for building a beautiful garden for Lou to play in and eat from. Thank you for filling the house with music for her to hear. Thank you for all the late night diaper changes and silly faces,’ she wrote.
‘I’m so grateful our girl has a papa that loves her so much and someone so goofy and weird so she knows that’s ok for her to be too. Thank you for the greatest girl I could imagine in my wildest dreams.’

She shared a sweet photo of Bruce kissing her forehead, which appeared to have also been snapped at the family gathering on Sunday.
‘Sending the blessing of this love out to everyone today,’ she began her caption. ‘I feel so lucky to know the kind of tenderness that this man shares, the deep admiration, respect and reverence he has for his family. I feel so lucky that this incredible, vibrant, man is my father.
‘Thinking of everyone for whom today has been challenging and I am loving you with the deepest depths of my heart!’ she added. ‘What patience, compassion and presence we learn through the greatest challenges in our lives.’
Another image she shared to Instagram showed Bruce deep in concentration. He appeared to clasp Scout’s hand in his own and rested his forehead against it affectionately.
‘This was while I was singing to him,’ Scout revealed in her Instagram Stories.
Bruce got plenty of other Father’s Day tributes, including one from his ex-wife Demi Moore, who has spent plenty of time with him and their adult daughters ahead of his aphasia and dementia diagnosis announcements.
On Sunday, she posted a cute black-and-white throwback photo of the Pulp Fiction star with his three oldest daughters.
‘Forever grateful to you BW for giving me these three beautiful girls,’ the Ghost actress wrote. ‘We love our #girldad. Happy Father’s Day!’
