Real Housewives Of New York vet Luann de Lesseps, 58, models a blue bikini… after revealing the Mediterranean Diet keeps her thin

Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps has been spending the past week on a beach vacation.

And on Tuesday the 58-year-old reality TV wonder was seen soaking up the sun in style as she shared a video to Instagram.

The beauty wore a blue two piece bikini with thin straps and black sunglasses.

The toned TV star was at the helm of a boat as she went out to sea with pal Nicole Nadeau.

The TV siren – who is mother to 28-year-old Victoria de Lesseps – had her hair down as she enjoyed the good life.

Luann’s ex is 73-year-old Alexandre de Lesseps, a French entrepreneur and pioneer of microfinancing in developing countries. Luann and Alexandre were wed from 1993 until 2009.

The straps had gold accents which shone beautifully in the sunlight.

The lounge crooner showed off her flat tummy and lean, long legs as well as her slender, sculpted arms as she spent time in the pristine coastline.

The TV star added anklets.

Her brunette hair was worn down and at points Luann added a white hat with a black ribbon trim.  

The brunette Bravo beauty looked in top shape as she made the most of a small royal blue string bikini with gold accents.

The fitness fanatic and lounge singer looked happy as she spent time by the shore adding the brief caption, ‘Freedom to just be! #Grateful Happy 4th! ☀️.’

This comes after the bombshell said she watches her incredibly toned figure by skipping booze, staying on a Mediterranean Diet, doing intermittent fasting and practicing yoga. 

The socialite told Everything Iconic with Danny Pellegrino earlier this year that she overall has a very healthy lifestyle.

‘First of all, I’m happy,’ she shared.

‘Second of all, I’m not drinking so that makes me even happier and keeps the weight off, I gotta say.’ 

She was sober then drank again during the pandemic and is now sober again.

The siren also likes to practice yoga and keep moving with walks on the beach. And she follows intermittent fasting. 

‘I try not to eat before 10 in the morning and not after six at night,’ said the cabaret singer.

‘And if I do eat at night, it’s a lot lighter than what I would eat during the day. And really Mediterranean diet.’

And earlier this year she told SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live about her decision to stop drinking.

Luann initially stopped drinking after she assaulted a police officer in 2017, but she relapsed in March of 2022. 

During the sit-down with Lewis, de Lesseps listed some of the benefits of sobriety.

‘You spend a lot less on Ubers, you don’t have to apologize the next day for something you did, you don’t wind up, like me, on Page Six, because you, you know, screwed up somewhere,’ she said.

‘You know, alcohol has gotten me into a lot of trouble, and I just got to a point in my life where I am able to have a good time without drinking,’ she added.
