Post Malone changed the life of singer, Gregor Hunter Coleman, after hearing him sing at Wunderbar in Glasgow on Friday night.
Following his own performance at the Hydro, where he played some of his biggest hits including Reputation and I Like You (A Happier Song), the rapper, 27, went on to connect with the local musician, who famously appeared on The X Factor in 2017.
While recalling his fateful meeting with the 10-time Grammy nominee, the 30-year-old performer said he was told that Malone was in the building after he had finished his gig.
That’s when the Circles hitmaker, who welcomed a baby girl in May 2022 with his fiancée Jamie, came over to him and said he had ‘smashed it’ on stage.
After Malone asked if he wanted to grab a drink, Coleman recalled saying: ‘Listen, I’m saving for a house, so I’m not drinking just now.’

The Syracuse native went on to say he respected his decision, before asking if he would like to sing at his ‘concert’s official after-party,’ according to BBC Scotland.
Malone, who was in Glasgow as part of his Twelve Carat tour, then assured him that it would cost ‘nothing’ and be ‘the chance of a lifetime.’
‘He got talking to me and he offered to help me out with my house deposit,’ Coleman revealed.
While speaking about the media attention about Malone helping him buy a home, the rising star clarified that he ‘helped towards [him] now having a deposit.’
Additionally, the songwriter (born Austin Richard Post) gave him his phone number and offered to listen to some of his original work.
In order to make the most of the opportunity, he is prioritizing sending his work to I Fall Apart singer while he ‘still remembers having the conversation.’
‘There’s a pressure now that I need to get good songs done, I need to get something happening with it rather than just being, like, I met Post Malone and back to the pub,’ he stressed.

On Instagram, the former The X Factor contestant shared a photo sitting next to Malone with a heartfelt caption.
