Olivia Wilde spends her Memorial Day by sharing some ice cream with six-year-old daughter Daisy in Los Angeles

Olivia Wilde celebrated the Memorial Day holiday by sharing some tasty ice cream with her six-year-old daughter Daisy.

The 39-year-old actress was spotted eating some Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in Los Angeles with her daughter on Monday afternoon.

The mother and daughter both fed each other ice cream while sitting on a wall together.

Wilde was spotted earlier in the day heading to a workout session in Los Angeles, showing off her toned physique. 

The actress and filmmaker was spotted wearing a baby blue dress shirt under a grey sweater for the outing.

Wilde also rocked some dark blue jeans which had a big rip at the knee, while she had a brown leather purse slung from her shoulder.

She completed her look with a pair of black-and-white checkered slip-on shoes for the outing.

Her daughter Daisy opted for a baby blue top under a pink zip-up sweater with blue leggings and black Adidas sneakers.

While she appeared to be friendly with her ex-husband Jason Sudeikis during their son Otis’ soccer game back in April, they are still locked into an ongoing custody battle.

It was reported by several outlets that Wilde filed documents claiming Sudeikis – who earns over $1 million per episode of Ted Lasso in the current season – has not paid her anything in child support.

‘Jason is not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel that we agree upon an interim support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter,’ Wilde said in the filing.

‘While Jason and I have been splitting certain expenses for the children, such as their school tuition, I have been bearing 100% of the costs of the children’s care when they are with me, including, but not limited to, their food, clothing, childcare, extracurricular activities, and transportation costs,’ she added.

‘I am asking the Court to make an order regarding child support so that I can adequately provide for our children commensurate with Jason’s standard of living,’ she added in the filing.

‘I am also asking that Jason make a contribution to my attorney and accountant fees and costs, not only due to him being in a significantly superior position than me financially, but because the vast majority of the fees I have incurred have been due to Jason and his counsel’s egregious, unnecessary, and aggressive conduct,’ she added.

Wilde and Sudeikis started dating in 2011 before their split in November 2020, with the split making headlines after Wilde was served with custody papers while delivering a presentation for Don’t Worry Darling at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. 

Wilde is coming off her second directorial effort Don’t Worry Darling, where she met her ex Harry Styles.

She is currently prepping her next directorial project, Perfect, based on the true story of Olympic gymnast Kerri Strugg and her battle to overcome a horrific injury at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.
