Olivia Rodrigo celebrates the release of her 2nd album Guts by flaunting her toned legs in a skimpy miniskirt at NYC hotspot: ‘Thanks 4 all the love’

Olivia Rodrigo is back. 

The 20-year-old Bad Idea Right singer celebrated the release of her second album, Guts, with a party at Italian hotspot Via Carota on Sunday in New York City. 

The Drivers License hitmaker shared snaps from the party on her Instagram for her 33.6 million Instagram followers.

‘Thank u guys 4 all the luv!!!’ she captioned the photo carousel, which included a pic of her flaunting her toned legs in a skimpy vintage orange mini skirt and a barely-there white button up blouse that showed off her abs. 

She let her long, chocolatey-hued locks flow loose around her shoulders as she playfully stuck her tongue out at the camera for the cheeky photo.

The Traitor songstress celebrated at the Italian restaurant with her music producer and former frontman of indie-rock group As Tall As Lions Dan Nigro. 

She also struck a saucy pose next to a quirky cake adorned with a variety of decorations that served as an homage to her sophomore album, including a fondant hand with a GUTS ring on the fingers. 

The petite entertainer explained what the title of her second album meant to her during a Sunday Sitdown on the Today Show. 

‘It means a few things — it means courage,  it means trusting your guts, and spilling your guts too — I feel like every song I’ve written is me spilling my guts,’ Olivia admitted. 

When asked if she ever hesitated or felt like she was going too far when writing a song, the California-born beauty said, ‘In the moment when I’m writing a song, I try not to censor myself too much.’ 

She added, ‘[I try not to] think about what people on the internet are going to say about it.’ 

While the versatile vocalist has already had her first album be certified triple platinum, she confessed in the interview that a, ‘healthy amount of dissociation’ helps her cope with the pressures of global fame. 

‘You can’t really read into that all that much — you just have to put your horse blinders on and focus on what you can control,’ the Happier singer said. 

Staying humble during an interview with People, Olivia told the outlet that she was, ‘anxious to see what [tracks from Guts] people like the most.’

The Favorite Crime singer’s lead single from Guts, Vampire, debuted at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart before Guts was even released. 

Her sophomore album hit number one on the US iTunes sales chart upon its release on September 8th. 

When asked about the secret to her formula to writing a hit song, the brunette beauty kept it simple.

‘I believe really good songs don’t come from you, they go through you,’ Olivia said.
