Lisa Rinna, 59, sips a cocktail as she is named the spokesperson for a new tequila beverage: ‘Just taking some PTO – party time off!’

Reality TV icon Lisa Rinna has landed a side hustle.

On Tuesday it was revealed that she has become the spokesperson for the new Tequila Don Julio beverage, Tequila Don Julio Rosado. 

The 59-year-old Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star – who looked gorgeous in a gold gown at a recent fundraiser – was seen on social media plugging the drink.

The mother of two wore a hot pink suit and top with matching lipstick as she held a cocktail as she looked to be in excellent spirits.

‘Don’t mind me. Just taking PTO (Party Time Off) with @donjuliotequila Rosado. Then again, I’m always on Party Time Off,’ she wrote in her Instagram caption.

The star also told E! News that it will be a hit for summer 2023: ‘I think it is going to be very big for summer parties. It has that kind of vibe,’ gushed the wife of actor Harry Hamlin. 

And she is happy to be working with the tequila brand. ‘It’s different than any other type of tequila. You have to try it. I can’t really describe the taste. I can see it with a dessert. I can see it with a hamburger. Or chips and salsa are my favorite,’ Lisa shared.

‘It’s a Rosado and it is aged for four months,’ explained the reality TV star.

‘That is exactly what makes it different. It has a little bit of a rosé color and it’s delicious. It’s so premium that you can just drink it on the rocks or add a little sparkling water and lemon.’

The campaign suggests the ‘best celebrations happen before the sun goes down.’

Rinna loves that.

‘I think the message is great. I think that we forget that you can have a good time during the day and it doesn’t have to just be at night,’ she said.

‘I think that in my life some of the best times I’ve ever had were during the day. Andy [Cohen]’s baby shower was during the day.

‘I love the messaging of it and how it’s just fun to be with your friends. There’s a party on March 31 in LA and in Miami and people can RSVP to it. And come in and party.’

She also told E! what she thinks a perfect summer party would look like.

‘You want to have your Don Julio, You want to have some sparkling water and lemon to mix it with, great food, great music, and great friends. Only invite the people that you know you have a good time with. Don’t invite anyone who makes you uncomfortable.’    

She shared, ‘This is just perfect for the daytime. I think it is going to be very big for summer parties. It has that kind of vibe. I love the party theme of it all. It’s about fun. It’s about celebrating who doesn’t love that? That’s my favorite thing in the world to do.’

Lisa added, ‘Life can get really tough at times and a little bit crazy, but I think if you can find the fun and enjoy yourself, it’s everything.’
