Kourtney Kardashian poses for bumpies on beachy getaway… but fans SLAM her again her for ‘insensitive’ caption

Kourtney Kardashian took at look at herself through a glass darkly in a new selfie on social media. 

The reality star, 44, who stunned in a red dress while out with her daughter, showed off her growing baby bump via a reflection in a sliding glass door while enjoying a peaceful getaway in Montecito, CA. 

The Poosh founder showcased her toned legs in what appeared to be a pair of black yoga shorts and matching long sleeve sweatshirt.

Her dark hair hair was styled in a straight bob. 

The Kardashians star shared a photo as she and husband Travis Barker, 47, canoodled in a chaise lounge on their patio.

The rocker wore jeans and a white T-shirt and looked at his cellphone.

Kourtney wore black Alaia ballet flats, which she showcased several time in her photo array.  

‘The ocean calms the fire in me,’ penned the influencer next to the photo carousel Friday.

Kourtney, who had already received some backlash as being ‘out of touch’ on a post in which she shared her morning routine, created some controversy among her fans with that comment in the wake of the devastating Maui fires. 

‘Go to hell with that picture and caption,’ wrote one angry fan.

‘You know exactly what you’re doing. Hell, I’ll bet you’re going to profit off of this tragedy in some way. You people always find a way. Unbelievable. What if that was YOUR family on Maui. Put yourself in others shoes than your own. For once in your materialistic sad life.’

Another lashed out writing, ‘I know you’re just a celebrity and you won’t even respond to this, but my entire town just burnt to the ground, and it’s like the people who have the ability to help just pretend not to know what’s going on.’

One fan tried to calm the online contention by coming up with a possible explanation for Kourtney’s words.

Controversy: Kourtney ignited controversy writing ‘The ocean calms the fire in me,’ next to her photos Friday. Many of her followers felt the comment was insensitive considering the devastation  and deaths resulting from the wildfires on Maui  

Tour: Travis Barker and Blink 182 are set to begin touring again September 1 with a show in Glasgow. The band are scheduled to remain on the road until October 22

‘How about lets stop hating on the pregnant lady,’ they began.

‘She’s a fire sign (Aries) and by the ocean simply using a cute insta quote. Lets bffr,’ they argued. ‘Knowing how judgmental ppl are is she really gonna make a callous joke, referencing Hawaii burning??’

Travis seems to have been enjoying a rest between tour dates.

He and Blink 182 are scheduled to hit the road soon, with the first leg of their European tour beginning in Glasgow September 1. The band will return to the US for two shows in Las Vegas October 21 and 22 before taking a break before the holidays, and presumably before the new baby is born. 

Kourtney and Travis discovered they were having a boy at a gender reveal party in late June.
