Katie Holmes looked ready for spring in a pale yellow suit for her appearance on Monday’s episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan.
The Alone Together star, 44, leaned into the oversized trend with baggy pants and a long blazer.
She paired the sunny look with a sheer, textured white top and beige pointy-toed shoes.
The Dawson’s Creek alum – who is currently starring in the Off-Broadway play The Wanderers – wore her long brown hair loose and wavy and carried a black handbag and accessorized with dangly earrings.
Katie is currently promoting her new film Rare Objects, which will be in theaters and on demand on April 14.

Last week, the Batman Begins actress shared the trailer for her new movie on Instagram.
‘I am so excited to share the trailer for Rare Objects’ she wrote. ‘It is a film about friendship, resilience, truth and beauty. It will be in theaters and on demand April 14.’
IMDB describes the film as a ‘…story of a young woman who seeks to rebuild her life when she takes work at an antique store. She regains her confidence from the kind souls who own the shop, until those from her traumatic past begin to resurface.’
Katie not only stars in the film, she also wrote and directed it. It is based on the novel by the same name from Kathleen Tessaro.
And that’s not all the mom of Suri, 16, with ex-husband Tom Cruise has been up to.
She’s also starring in the off-Broadway play The Wanderers. Written by playwright Anna Ziegler, the play opened February 16 and will run until April 2.
The Wanderers tells the story of two couples from two different worlds.
According to the synopsis on Ziegler’s page, ‘Esther and Schmuli are Orthodox Jews embarking on an arranged marriage, despite barely knowing each other’.

‘Abe and Julia [played by Katie] are high-profile celebrities embarking on a dangerously flirtatious correspondence, despite being married to other people.
‘On the surface, the lives of these two couples couldn’t be more different,’ the synopsis read.
‘The play explores the joys and challenges of commitment, culture, and community – until a surprise email from a movie star puts one of their marriages to an unexpected test.’
While speaking to talk show host Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show, Katie revealed that she almost quit acting after her first role in Ang Lee’s 1997 film The Ice Storm.
After her first gig, she struggled to land any more parts and feared her acting career would end there.
‘Well, I was 17,’ she recalled. ‘And I remember we came to New York – my mom and I – and we shot it, and I thought, “Oh, this is what I want to do.” Great.’
She continued: ‘And then I went home, and I was putting myself on tape for different auditions, and I wasn’t really getting anything…I thought, “Oh, well, that might be it. You know. That might be all there is.”
‘But it was okay, because I was like, “You know what, that’s okay. Like, that was an amazing experience. And I can, like, tell my grandkids and I’ll be fine”.’
Alone Together: She also recently starred in the Hulu movie Alone Together about two people who accidentally book the same AirBnb during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic
