Based On A True Story is an upcoming comedic show inspired by a bizarre true event.
The series is about a realtor, a plumber, and a former tennis star whose lives collide in a story that explores America’s obsession with serial killers and true crime.
It’s directed by Alexander Buono and also features the acting talents of Stranger Things’ Natalia Dyer and Sharp Objects star Chris Messina.
Kaley filmed the series while pregnant with her first child.
It will stream on Peacock starting June 8.
