Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancolo looked back on her reaction to that infamous note and revealed freezing her eggs on Thursday’s episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
The 36-year-old reality star during the season six episode titled The Sweetest Birthday was celebrated by her roommates in the Poconos following her return after an 11-year hiatus.
Sammi during a candid conversation with Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi, 35, and Angelina Pivarnick, 37, said she missed their friendships.
‘Honestly, now that I’m here I feel like a part of me has been missing for a while, you know? I feel like I looked at you guys like sisters,’ she said.
Sammi in a confessional added: ‘I’m so surprised at how natural it felt to be back. I feel like these people are my family and I just was gone on vacation for a few years.’

Angelina then brought up the note that was given to Sammi anonymously during season two of Jersey Shore in 2010 warning her that her boyfriend and roommate Ronnie Oritz-Magro, 37, was cheating on her.
‘I feel like, especially in Miami, me and you didn’t leave off bad terms except for, like, the note,’ Angelina said.
Archive footage from the 2010 episode showed Jennifer ‘JWoww’ Farley, 37, typing out the note detailing Ronnie’s transgressions.
‘Now I can laugh about it,’ Sammi said as she reflected on her dramatic reaction.
‘I was 22, so dramatic back then. If the note happened now I would have handled it differently,’ she added.
Sammi further explained her mindset at the time in a confessional.
‘I thought in my 20s I had to be married, had to find my future husband, and I’ll never find the love of my life ever again,’ Sammi said. ‘I was so scared but now you kind of accept things for what they are better now that you’re in your 30s.’
Sammi and Ronnie had a rocky relationship during the original Jersey Shore from 2009 to 2012.

She declined to participate in the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation reboot in 2018 due to her desire to ‘avoid potentially toxic situations’,’ Sammi said on social media.
‘I’ve become the strongest person I can be at this point in my life because of it all. But you can’t get back those years,’ Sammi said of that time in her life. ‘Time is so short on this earth. Do not freaking waste it over a man if it’s not working out
Sammi also opened up about having children after Angelina noted, ‘We are getting older.’
‘It sucks to be a woman at this age,’ Sammi said. ‘It really is terrible. Terrible. It sucks.’
Sammi confirmed that she was referencing her biological clock.
‘I got my eggs frozen,’ Sammi said. ‘I’m over it. At 36, I truthfully thought I’d be married with kids living in some house somewhere and it’s just not where I’m at right now in my life.’
The owner of Sweetheart Coast boutique on the Ocean City boardwalk also declared she wasn’t in a hurry to start a family.
‘I’m not rushing,’ Sammi said. ‘I don’t want to feel that pressure to do that. I don’t want to get older at all.’

Sammi has been in a relationship with Justin May, a former bouncer at the now-defunct Karma club in Seaside Heights where the roommates used to party.
The episode opened with Snooki and Deena Cortese, 36, recovering from the epic ‘alien invasion’ prank that Pauly ‘DJ Pauly D’ DelVecchio, 43, pulled off with the help of Vinny Guadagnino, 35, and the production crew.
Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino, 41, Pauly and Vinny worked together to gather supplies and decorate for a surprise birthday party for Sammi.
Vinny was salty about it because the roommates hardly have made an effort in the past to celebrate his birthday.
The guys surprised Sammi with the birthday party and she was touched that everyone made the effort to welcome her.
Sammi warned Angelina that there was something on her cupcake before she playfully smashed it in her face.

Angelina then started a food fight and started throwing cake around.
‘Honestly, a year ago, I would never be in this place right now. Could never even imagine it. And here I am, actually having the best birthday ever. And I’m just like, I can’t believe this is happening,’ Sammi said in a confessional.
‘What time does Ron get here?,’ Vinny quipped.
‘Why are you so weird?,’ Sammi asked him.
‘I’m, like, not even f***ing with you,’ Vinny said.
‘You’re just, like, a strange one,’ Sammi told him.
A sudden knock on the door then alarmed everyone.
‘Told you,’ Vinny said.
‘I’m dying. I’m not ready for this. My birthday wish is definitely not coming true,’ Sammi said.

A flashback showed Mike talking to Ronnie six days earlier and joking that his next step was to get back with Sammi.
Ronnie had stepped away from the show to take care of his mental health after a series of setbacks.
The original Jersey Shore became a cultural phenomenon when it first aired on MTV and thrust all of its stars into fame.
