Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck dropped by a home in the Pacific Palisades on Tuesday amid reports that they are ‘in escrow’ on a $34.5million property in the area.
The couple – who wed in July after rekindling their romance during the COVID-19 pandemic – were captured making their way in and out of the house side-by-side.
They arrived in the Argo actor’s Mercedes-Benz EQS-Class, which is a fully electric vehicle that costs upwards of $125,000.
Jennifer, 53, and Ben, 50, kept close as they appeared to tour the abode with two gentleman in tow.
Their quest to find the perfect luxury love nest kicked off in early 2022, with the pair often photographed visiting high-priced properties around Los Angeles.

Tuesday’s home had a white entry door with large windows and a gray tile walkway.
Ben parked his car in the spacious driveway and there appeared to be a small park or play area situated near the house.
Jennifer looked cozy in a plaid fleece jacket paired with cargo pants and treaded suede boots.
The On The Floor singer kept her makeup light and wore her light brown hair down.
Meanwhile, Ben tucked his hands into the pockets of a pair of dark wash denim jeans styled with a fitted navy blue sweater and colorful Nike sneakers.
Before getting back together with Ben in April 2021, Jennifer was hunkered down in Miami, Florida with her twins Max and Emme, 15. She shares her kids with ex-husband Marc Anthony, 54.
She does own a $28million pad in Bel-Air, which is an affluent neighborhood on the Westside of Los Angeles, but she’s since put it on the market for $42.5million, according to THR. It was reportedly undergoing renovations last August.
Ben sold off his $30million Pacific Palisades home over the summer. He had purchased it amid his split from ex-wife Jennifer Garner, 50, in 2018.
He paid $19 million for the then brand-new house, with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, according to The Dirt.

Ben and Jennifer have been renting James Packer’s $60million Beverly Hills mansion amid their house hunt.
A new report by TMZ claims that the couple are currently under contract for a $34.5 million mansion, with seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, in the Pacific Palisades.
The house, located in the prestigious Rustic Canyon, has a six car garage, detached guest house, a pool and ‘sun-filled dining room with fireplace’ as well as a chic bar, jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen according to its listing.
In addition to a wine cellar, home gym and health spa, the property’s primary suite boasts a private balcony, dual bathrooms and closets.
Ben and Jennifer were spotted at their potential new home earlier this month with his youngest daughter Seraphina, 14, and a woman who may have been a real estate agent.
As per the images, it appears to be a different residence than the one they viewed Tuesday.
The actor shares Seraphina, as well as daughter Violet, 16, and son Samuel, 10, with ex-wife Garner.
Ben and Jennifer got engaged in April of last year and tied the knot just three months later in Las Vegas.
They held an extravagant wedding in August at Ben’s Georgia estate.
