Hulk Hogan has announced his engagement to to yoga teacher Sky Daily after more than a year of dating.
The Florida native, 69, told TMZ Tuesday that he and Daily, 45, were at a restaurant in Tampa, Florida last week when he proposed and she accepted.
The nWo frontman said that he was nervous about the proposal to Daily, who is mother to three kids from a past relationship.
The pro wrestling icon has previously been married twice, to Jennifer McDaniel from 2010 thru 2021; and Linda Hogan from 1983 through 2009.
Hogan – who is father to adult children Brooke, 35, and Nick, 32, with Linda – told the publication he is close with Daily’s three kids.

His split with Linda was marked by a nasty divorce process amid allegations of infidelity and financial disputes.
Hogan and Daily began dating in early 2022 after his parting with McDaniel had been finalized. The outlet noted that as part of his divorce settlement with McDaniel, he had to purchase her a new vehicle.
The two-time WWE Hall of Famer was spotted backstage with his new love Daily in February of 2022 at a Bret Michaels concert, according to The Sun.
Hogan would subsequently take to social media to clarify to his fanbase that his marriage to McDaniel was over as he embarked on the exciting new romance.
‘Yo Maniacs just for the record, the Facebook and Instagram posts are of me and my girlfriend Sky, I am officially divorced, sorry I thought everyone already knew, love my Maniacs4Life,’ he said in a February 28, 2022 tweet.
The pair have kept a relatively low profile amid their romance, with Hogan sparsely sharing pictures with Daily on social media, while her Instagram is set to private.
He shared a couples shot of them on the beach in June. He captioned the shot, ‘Beach day with my Sky Baby, it always seems just perfect, like she’s always been here, Sky Baby 4Life One Love HH.’
Hogan last month revealed that he had shed about 40 pounds while chatting with Men’s Health, saying that came in part due to quitting drinking.

‘I don’t drink alcohol at all,’ Hogan said. ‘It got to be a way to numb me a little bit, because I had a bunch of crazy business problems and personal stuff going on.
‘And I caught myself after I would train, getting too aggressive with alcohol. So I just had to stop it.’
Hogan said that he’s also focused on drinking lots of water and consuming organic foods as he prepares to turn 70 next month.
He opened up on the health woes he’s faced in recent years as result of his long career in the wrestling ring taking on larger-than-life foes such as Andre the Giant, Macho Man Randy Savage and Rowdy Roddy Piper.
‘About 15 years ago my body kinda shut down on me,’ he said. ‘I had several knee surgeries, and then after wrestling 40 years almost, my body shut down on me. I went in for one back surgery and it was turned into 10 back surgeries. Both knees needed to be replaced.
‘Both hips were replaced. A couple surgeries on my face from getting my orbital socket broken a couple times. And it ended up being 25 or 26 surgeries, or a couple more, over a 10- or 12-year period.’
He said that the series of surgeries ‘changed the game on’ him and ‘made everything different.’
He added, ‘I changed my whole lifestyle because at the time, being in so much pain and getting older and older I couldn’t carry that much weight.
‘When you are sedentary and not wrestling or moving every night, it’s easy to put weight on. So, I decided to drop weight and get down to about 265.’
