Along with her thoughtful words, she shared a set of stunning photos of her family, taken soon after the tot was born.
The blonde bombshell continued: ‘There is something so special about being a mom, something that I never fully understood until I became one myself. This Mother’s Day, I can’t help but feel grateful for this beautiful journey I am on.
‘It’s a day to celebrate the incredible women who brought us into this world, who have loved us unconditionally and who have shaped us into the people we are today. Tom Brady posted an emotional tribute to his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen and his own mother, Galynn.
Brady’s post also featured Bridgette Moynahan, his ex with whom he shares son Jack.
His tribute began: ‘Happy Mothers Day to all these amazing women who have given our family so much throughout their lives.’
In his post, Tom continued, ‘Thank you all for your love, compassion and kindness, and for setting such an amazing example for all of our little ones.
