Gisele Bündchen took time out to reflect on what’s important in life, as she continues to make the transition back to the single’s life following her divorce from Tom Brady.

On Sunday, the longtime supermodel took to her Instagram page and shared a video of herself taking a bike ride through a tropical setting on a gorgeous sunny day.

‘We all have our fair shares of trials,’ the Brazilian beauty — who attended the Beach Polo World Cup in Florida the day before — began in the caption.

‘Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow.’

Sounding like someone who’s speaking from experience, she concluded, ‘Nothing is permanent. So let’s enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones. Every day is a gift!’

Bündchen, 42, then repeated her caption in Portuguese, which is her first language among the five she speaks, including English, Spanish, Italian and some French.

With blue skies and plenty of green tropical plantation in the backdrop, the Horizontina, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil native opted for a laid back beach look in vintage-looking cut-off denim shorts and an off-white tank top.

She also wore light nude color sandals, and had her blonde tresses styled long and flowing down to about the middle of her back with plenty of waves and a part in the middle.

At one point in the clip, the former catwalk queen added a bit of pep to her step and cruised up closer to the person behind the camera, and then spread her leg wide open while flashing a glowing smile.

The Lessons: My Path To A Meaningful Life author’s latest zen moment comes about six months after she and Brady went public and announced their decision to split after 13 years of marriage.

‘With much gratitude for our time together, Tom and I have amicably finalized our divorce. My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart,” she wrote in a social media post at the time. ‘We will continue co-parenting to give them the love, care and attention they greatly deserve.’ 

She added, ‘The decision to end a marriage is never easy but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always.’

Closing out her statement, she asked people to respect ‘our privacy during this sensitive time.’

Brady, 45, also felt the need to share a public statement in regards to their separation and ultimate divorce. 

‘In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage,’ he shared, before offering a glimpse at their plan moving forward. 

‘We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to always ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve,’ he wrote.

Family matters: Bündchen and Brady announced their divorce in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage; they are the proud parents of son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10, while the former NFL superstar also has a son John, 15, from his relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan

It appears the former couple and their lawyers were able to hammer out a settlement and come to an agreement on property and child custody and support without any drama, according to TMZ.

The details of their divorce, which was finalized in October, are being kept confidential.

Brady and Bündchen first started dating back in 2006, and quickly became one of the top celebrity power couples.

Eventually, they got married in 2009, and went on to have two children together, Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10. The recently retired NFL quarterback, who’s considered to be the Greatest Of All Time (GOAT), also has a son John, 15, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
