Chantel Jeffries showed off her incredible physique in a plunging light gray sports bra and matching leggings while on a smoothie run in Los Angeles, California. 

As she enjoyed the sunshine on Friday afternoon, the 30-year-old DJ rocked a fleece jacket that slid off her shoulders and pair of black socks and fuzzy grey slippers. 

For her laid-back outing, she styled her light brown hair in a low ponytail and kept her hazel eyes concealed under her oversized aviator shades.

She kept a tight grip on her iPhone, which was protected in a pink case, as she looked down at the device. 

The model, who has 4.6 million Instagram followers, appeared in high spirits as she soaked up the good weather after an above-normal amount of rainy days in Southern California.  

In 2019, the YouTuber opened up to DailyMail.com about her strict diet plan: ‘I try to stick to exactly what I’m supposed to eat so that I don’t feel sick, and then I just stay in shape because everything’s pretty healthy.’

‘Whenever I’m home, every time I finish a large meal I like to go for a nice walk. It’s good to digest your food and clear your head anyways,’ explained Chantel.

The stunner went on to add that she tries to steer clear of sugar, dairy and gluten.

‘I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible. I don’t eat dairy or gluten because I’m allergic.’

Chantel is famous for her sexy bikini and gym snaps, but the influencer doesn’t necessarily see it that way, as she told Hot 97 that one of her favorite things to wear are ‘turtlenecks.’

‘I love wearing turtlenecks, so, like, that’s something I do so often. I’m like, I don’t really post that much, I don’t think, provocative photos.’

And some of Chantel’s 4.6 million followers take their fandom too far, as she described a few scary instances when it comes to social media.

‘I have people that think that I’m talking directly to them through Snapchat and they think we’re like dating, and I have so many ridiculous emails.’

In her interview with Hot 97, Chantel was asked to share what she thinks about aspiring swimsuit models getting plastic surgery to further their careers. 

‘I do understand when young girls they see all these people that, you know, have all these things, or they like photoshop their pictures… And then people think that I have to look like this.’

Jeffries added: ‘I think it’s just hard for young girls, often, looking up to something like that – that’s unrealistic and unobtainable.’

When asked how she feels about plastic surgery, the gorgeous model said, ‘I feel like if you don’t like something and you’re like insecure about it or uncomfortable, I feel like you should be able to change that if you want to.’

Over the years, she has been romantically linked to The Chainsmokers’ Drew Taggart, Justin Bieber, Justin Combs, Machine Gun Kelly and Logan Paul.

She was most recently seen out with rapper Diplo, following her ‘amicable’ breakup from Taggart back in 2021 after a year of dating.

 While speaking about their split in April 2021, Taggart’s rep told Us Weekly: ‘They broke up a month ago. It was an amicable breakup, and they remain friends.’

The pair first sparked romance rumors when they were seen getting cozy at a Miami Super Bowl party last year.

Things continued to progress and they were seen on various dates in Los Angeles, before becoming Instagram official in July with a kissing photo.

As the COVID-19 pandemic halted live festivals and concerts and their respective gigs and hectic travel schedules took pause, they found time to ramp up their relationship.

In December Chantel, 28, posted a glowing birthday tribute to her 31-year-old beau where she professed her love for him.

‘You make this planet feel like home. Happy birthday I love you as much as pie and I’ll love you as long as pi continues…can’t wait to do everything on earth with you,’ she wrote.

And earlier that month she posted a photo series by a moving truck, prompting many to assume she was moving in with him.

In February it was revealed that Taggart was selling his Hollywood Hills home for $14.5M, and fans began to wonder if something had happened between them or if they were possibly getting a place of their own.

An anonymous source — who reportedly lived in close proximity to the Grammy-winner — wrote into Instagram’s DeuxMoi that they had seen Chantel moving stuff out.

Prior to dating Taggart, she was romantically involved with Bieber on and off for two years (2014 to 2016) and The Weeknd in 2018.

Taggart was previously linked to model Meredith Mickelson and Haley Rowe on and off from 2016 to 2017.
