Bret Michaels, 59, congratulates daughter Jorja, 17, on her high school graduation: ‘Excited for the next part of this incredible journey’

Poison frontman Bret Michaels celebrated a major milestone in his younger’s daughter’s life.

The 59-year-old rocker, who is back to health after suffering a bad reaction to medication over the summer, posted a photo of daughter, Jorja, 17, on Instagram Thursday, wearing a blue cap and gown, writing, ‘Jorja, I’m so proud of you on your graduation.’

‘You rocked with an Unbroken loving spirit,’ the proud papa continued in his Thursday post, ‘I know you’re excited for the next part of this incredible journey. Rock on!!! Love Mom, Raine, and Dad & dogs!’

Jorja posted the same photo on her feed, but had a very different reaction. 

‘Released from my 4 year sentence today,’ she wrote. 

Proud: ‘Jorja, I’m so proud of you on your graduation,’ the proud papa wrote, ‘You rocked with an Unbroken loving spirit. I know you’re excited for the next part of this incredible journey. Rock on!!!  Love Mom, Raine, and Dad & dogs!’

The Fallen Angel singer, shared a photo posing with the new graduate, writing, ‘A big congratulations to my youngest daughter on it being her last day of school at the beginning of the Parti-Gras super @the80scruise.’

A perusal of the new graduate’s social media page indicates she may be seeking a career as a model and influencer.  

Brett is father to Jorja and her older sister Raine, 22, whom he shares with actress Kristi Gibson, 52. 

On International Women’s Day, Wednesday, the Every Rose Has Its Thorn artist shared a picture of the whole family from several years ago.

‘As the parents of two incredible daughters,’ he wrote, ‘Kristi & I cannot be more grateful for all of the strong, brave, resilient & incredible #women that have helped shape not just our past, but our present & our future.’

Brett said he and Kristi were happy to have ‘opened up such incredible opportunities for them, giving them such courage & strength to rock on #internationalwomensday.’

Bret’s daughter Raine, has established herself as a curve model with Ford models. 

She has also put her journalism studies to good use, landing a job as a sideline reporter for the San Diego Seals hockey team.
