In the caption of the carousel of snaps, the talented beauty penned to her 38 million followers, ‘Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023,’ while adding, ‘been busy.’
The two lovebirds, who tied the knot back in 2012, already share daughters James, 7, Inez, 6, and Betty 3.
The happy baby news comes shortly after a source informed Us Weekly a few months earlier in November that Blake does ‘not have long to go now’ until she welcomes a fourth addition.
