Big Sean and longtime love Jhené Aiko seek restraining order against man that allegedly ‘snuck onto their Pacific Palisades property’

Jhené Aiko filed for a temporary restraining order against a man, named Ian Craig Lees, who she claims ‘snuck onto her Pacific Palisades property.’

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, the 35-year-old singer reportedly ‘fears for her life’ after several alleged attempts from Lees, 29, to make contact with her. 

In addition to showing up to her shows and events, the mother-of-two stated that  Lees ‘got into a physical altercation with the residential security in her neighborhood’ earlier this month. 

She also requested that the temporary restraining order [TRO] be extended to her partner, Big Sean, their son, Noah Hasani, nine months, and her 14-year-old daughter Namiko Love, whom she shares with R&B singer O’Ryan.

A judge denied her request for a temporary restraining order, which would have ordered Lees to stay, at least, 100 yards away from her and her family.

A judge has set a court hearing for September 14. 

In November, Aiko and her longtime love welcomed their first child together. 

Big Sean (real name: Sean Anderson) announced the news on Instagram by writing: ‘After 24 hours of Labor, A Lunar Eclipse, with rain from the beginning of labor til he was born, he’s here safe and sound. Happy, Healthy and everything we could ever ask for and more.’ 

They previously revealed their child’s gender on stage during a joint performance in Los Angeles. 

‘Make some noise for our baby boy,’ said the couple as they sang together on stage, which prompted the crowd to cheer in excitement. 

Her pregnancy comes nearly two years after Big Sean sparked rumors that the couple had suffered a miscarriage. 

The rapper referenced the loss of a baby in his 2020 song called Deep Reverence, but did not explicitly name Jhené in the lyrics. 

‘Probably why the s**t around me get crazy and we lost the baby,’ he sang.

Former partners of the hitmaker have included the late Glee actress Naya Rivera and pop superstar Ariana Grande. 

Noah is Big Sean’s only child.

Jhené previously secretly wed the producer Dot da Genius in 2014, before they divorced in 2016.

She and Sean began dating the same year, but the couple split in 2018, which fans were tipped off to after noticing that she had covered up several of her tattoos, including one depicting Sean’s face.

She confirmed the split publicly in 2019, but the two were seen together later that year, and in 2020 they went public about their reconciliation.
