Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner look like the happiest exes in Hollywood as they share a laugh together at their son Samuel’s, 11, basketball game in LA

Ben Affleck and ex-wife Jennifer Garner were the epitome of happy co-parents while attending their son Samuel’s basketball game in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The Town star, 51, was pictured sharing a laugh with the Alias beauty, 51, as they chatted it up, just a few days after they were spotted in Santa Monica together. 

The Argo director, who is now married to Jennifer Lopez, 54, appeared to be in a jovial mood, flashing a wide smile and laughing during an animated conversation with Garner. 

During their 13 year-long marriage, Ben and Jennifer welcomed three children together. Aside from Samuel, 11, they share daughters Violet, 17, and Seraphina, 14. 

The proud dad rocked a long-sleeve plaid shirt, grey jeans and Nike sneakers for the family outing.

Meanwhile Garner was casual cool in a grey crewneck sweater and black athletic leggings.

Her brunette tresses were pinned back in a bun, and she sported a pair of black shades atop her head. 

She finalized her look with purple sneakers. The actress accessorized her sporty look with small gold hoop earrings. 

Meanwhile Samuel rocked his basketball uniform and blue sneakers.

After the game, the trio were seen exiting the building together. 

The 13 Going on 30 star was see walking ahead with a cellphone in her hand, as Ben and Samuel exited right behind her. 

The pair have been amicably co-parenting their three children since splitting up eight years ago.

The former couple wed in 2005, and split in 2015. Their divorce was finalized in 2018. 

Since then, they have both moved on with new partners – Ben with Lopez and Jennifer with boyfriend John Miller. 

Source revealed to DailyMail.com earlier this month that ‘the drama of the past’ and ’emotions’ from their ‘divorce’ are ‘long gone.’

‘One of the things that made [Garner] and [Affleck] get to a better place was – and is – JLO,’ the insider shared. ‘Ben is healthy. The drama of the past and the emotions of divorce are long gone and they are all making it work.’

They added that Lopez and Garner are ‘friendly’ with one another and that all of their kids ‘love each other.’

‘It is really a very happy co-parenting situation,’ dished the source. ‘Everything is really good right now and should be the same in the near and distant future.’

The update came after Closer Weekly claimed Lopez felt ‘blindsided’ and ‘jealous’ after seeing images of the former couple looking friendly surfaced last month. 

However, a source told DailyMail.com said that couldn’t be farther than the truth and that the Dazed and Confused star and the hitmaker, who tied the knot last July, are ‘very much in love with each other’ one year into their marriage.

They added that while Affleck is looking forward to getting back to work following the writers and actors strikes, the couple has ‘enjoyed’ having extra time to spend together over the last few months.

‘They want to get back to work and are looking forward to the strikes being over but they are also very much enjoying the more time they are spending with each other,’ they continued.

‘[Affleck] is writing, JLO is writing music, so they still have outlets to create while they enjoy each other’s time together.’

The source explained that Lopez even turns to Affleck for advice on how to go about co-parenting with her ex, Marc Anthony, whom she shares 15-year-old twins, Maximilian ‘Max’ David Muniz and Emme Maribel Muniz with.

‘JLO and Ben have had many talks about how she deals with [Anthony], and they all have been able to figure it out. It is actually inspiring and nice to see,’ they said.
