Angus Cloud is remembered by Euphoria producer Drake, Kerry Washington and Chloe Bailey… after the rising star on the hit show dies at 25 while struggling with his father’s death

Angus Cloud shocked Euphoria viewers and his loyal fans with news of his death at just 25 years old on Monday.

And stars including Drake — who executive produces Euphoria — along with Kerry Washington, Gigi Hadid, the singer Chloe Bailey and the Sopranos and Euphoria actress Kathrine Narducci were quick to pay tribute to the late actor.

The rising star and budding fashion icon was discovered by his mother at his family’s house in Oakland, California, in the late morning, and she said during a 911 call that he appeared to be suffering from a ‘possible overdose,’ TMZ reported.

Drake shared a photo of Angus from March of 2022 at the Revolve Social Club in LA,’ writing, ‘Good soul,’ and adding a tearful emoji and a dove.

Kerry Washington shared a photo of Cloud at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party from March 2022, writing, ‘You will be deeply missed’ and ‘Rest in Power.’

Over on Threads, Kerry also urged her followers to reach out for help if needed in the wake of Angus’ death. ‘To whoever needs to hear this. You are not alone,’ she wrote, while sharing a link to 988lifeline.org.

The model Sydney Martin, the on–off girlfriend of Cloud, simply expressed her heartbreak by sharing a black background with seven broken-hearted emojis to her Instagram Stories Stories.

Gigi Hadid spoke to her fans on Instagram with a clip of herself featuring Angus as soon as she head of his death. 

‘Just saw the news about the loss of Angus,’ she began. ‘I only got to work with him a couple of times, But I was immediately drawn to his kind, gentle spirit.   

‘My deepest condolences to his closest and loved ones. May he rest in peace,’ she added with a white heart.

The short clip she posted showed a dapper Angus in a black leather jacket, bow tie and a red-and-black plaid scarf as he reached his arm out to grasp Gigi’s hand and gave her a quick twirl. 

Bailey echoed fan sentiments when she indicated on Twitter that Cloud could have had a bigger career ahead of him. 

‘Wow angus cloud gone too soon.. rest in peace angel,’ she wrote on Twitter.

Narducci actress is best known for her years on the iconic crime series The Sopranos, but she more recently popped up on the second season of Euphoria to play the grandmother of Angus’ character Fezco.

However, the character was portrayed by a younger actor in most of her scenes.

Kathrine shared a more playful photo of herself posing in a trailer on set with Angus later on Monday. 

‘@anguscloud what a shining light. Kind, one of a kind. Rest [in] peace,’ she wrote.

Javon ‘Wanna’ Walton, the actor who played the tattooed, gun-toting younger brother of Fezco on Euphoria, posted a sweet photo of himself hugging Angus to Instagram, writing, ‘Rest easy brother.’

Colleagues: Kathrine Narducci, best known for appearing on The Sopranos, said she had ‘No words’ after Cloud’s death. She appeared on the second season of Euphoria as his character Fezco’s grandmother, though Fezco was played in most of her scenes by a younger actor

Jordyn Woods, who recently patched up her dormant friendship with Kylie Jenner, shared photos from a fun meet-up with Cloud to her Instagram Stories as she remembered their brief time together.

The two were seen smiling and laughing while standing out on a sidewalk on a snowy day.

‘Such a rare soul.. instantly friends from meeting when we did this event together. You will be missed,’ she wrote, adding a dove emoji.

Another photo made it clear that Angus was holding an enormous icicle that looked as if it might have come from a frozen rain gutter. He appeared to play some air guitar on it while grinning maniacally next to Jordyn.

A final image showed her proudly holding a bottle wrapped with paper that Angus had written Jordyn’s name on in sparkly lettering. 

‘I have this art piece he made me on a water bottle and I’ll keep it forever ��,’ she wrote.

Professional relationship: Euphoria’s Twitter account shared a statement. ‘We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud. He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family,’ it read, including a photo of Angus in a white tank top

Euphoria’s Twitter account also shared a statement after news of Cloud’s death broke.

‘We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud. He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family,’ it read, while including a photo of Angus in a white tank top. ‘We extend our deepest condolences to his friends and family during this difficult time.’ 

The account for Max (formerly HBO Max) also shared a similar short statement about Cloud’s death.
