In a day and age where traditional medical science is not cutting it for many, we seek answers that fall outside the parameters of “normal and accepted medical practices”. The re-emergence of holistic medicine and therapies such as acupuncture, Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, and meditation have cast a spotlight on ways of treating the human body to bring it back into balance, allowing its own innate abilities to heal to take front and center once more.
Considering the Science of Sound
With innovations in medical technology and scientific revelations into our cellular mysteries, nothing continues to surprise us more than the impact of vibration on the human body. Sound has been used to move physical objects, change frequencies, and even to change brainwave activity as we learn how intimately connected we are to quantum particles in a state of constant, oscillating motion. In an era where people are looking for health, healing, and peace more than ever, the groundbreaking field of sound therapy and healing has taken center stage as we peel back the layers of the self to discover our human potential.
What is Sound Therapy?
Sound therapy isn’t just a hypothetical lark that disappointed medical victims latch onto; the science behind sound and its impact on the human body is known to significantly impact physical, mental, and emotional healing. Practitioners use a number of modalities such as singing bowls, tuning forks, and specific frequencies to unblock energy centers in the body and brain, promoting a healthier flow of chi, or life force energy. Vibrational sound therapies work at a cellular level, able to activate the body’s innate healing powers and induce greater feelings of calm peace and wellness.
Still not convinced? Consider the fact that all physical matter (both seen and seen) are in a constant state of vibratory oscillation. The entire universe adheres to laws of motion and vibration that we cannot escape. Sound is not the only thing that vibrates—-we also vibrate! Words and thoughts are also known to have a vibration that significantly impacts our physical bodies in ways that we have yet to fully comprehend.
Yeah, But What Does It Really Treat?
The beauty of sound therapy is that you don’t have to fully understand it to work with its principles to receive and impart healing. The medical community has recognized sound as a critical component in the healing process as well, using technologies like the MRI machine and ultrasound technology to reveal more about the workings of the inner body that aid in diagnosis and healing. People who choose sound therapy as a form of alternative healing report relief from:
- Anxiety and depression
- Sleep disorders
- Stress management
- PTSD
- Chronic Pain
- Cancer
- Cardiovascular Disease
- Addictions
- Mental health disorders
- Autoimmune conditions
- Arthritis
A Rich History of Success
While this information is not found in your mainstream medical journals, scientific research and historical events take us through a number of events and experiments that reveal the potential power that sound has to change human health. Early records of sonic healing rituals date back as far as 40,000 years when Aboriginal tribes used didgeridoos to elicit a certain response from listeners. Use of vibrational sound therapy was also used in mental health therapy in Ancient Greece. The Egyptian pyramids were deliberately and carefully constructed to function as resonant sound chambers, with mathematical equations measuring conditions that were ideal for magical rites and rituals to take place within the impressive structures. Oh, to be a fly on the wall in one of these ceremonies; what might we be able to take into modern medicine and psychotherapy today to experience healing on a whole new level?
The Power of Sound: What Your Government Doesn’t Want You To Know
I have it on good authority that the United States military has been using sound technologies to craft ultrasonic weapons that have the capability to bring down buildings, move matter, and impact the human body in significant ways. No, my sources don’t include Wikipedia and Meta, I have family members who have participated in some of these sound technology experiments during their time in service. The U.S. Government has been using this technology for decades, with some insiders reporting that it’s been evolving since the 1920s. With all of this stunning revelation coming to light with respect to frequency and sound as a tool for transformation, a couple of burning questions are coming to mind:
—Why is this technology being developed?
—Who, if anyone, is the U.S. military findings with?
—With all of the research done on the impact of sound on the human body, why hasn’t the medical community also jumped on the research bandwagon to find answers for many of our devastating diseases?
—Why don’t more of us know about these technologies, and is information like this being suppressed?
I’ll leave you to draw your own conclusions and do your own research into sound therapy; information is coming to light, and more people are demanding change from their healthcare practitioners that is forcing a change within medical institutions. If you are concerned about your health and that of your loved ones, you owe it to yourself to do a little digging and see how these healing options may apply to you and your life.
This is a subject of much passion and emotion for me; I have people in my life that I’m trying to find healing answers for right now. Expect more information on this topic in the near future. I wish you all abundant health, blessings, and continued truth in your lives that will ultimately set all of us free.
Stay well, my friends.
